Sarah joins Projuvenate with over 23 years of hands-on experience and a reputation for exceptional care and clinical expertise, and with First Class Honours in Physiotherapy.
Bringing an impressive background that combines extensive soft tissue therapy experience with a deep understanding of rehabilitation and performance, her approach is both evidence-based and highly individualised, ensuring each client receives the most effective treatment for their goals.
Alongside her private practice work, Sarah serves as Lead Soft Tissue Therapist for the Salford Red Devils and has represented England Rugby League as Joint Lead Soft Tissue Therapist during the 2021 World Cup, a role she will reprise for the upcoming Autumn test series. These experiences have refined her skills in managing complex injuries and supporting recovery under high-performance conditions.
Beyond sport, Sarah has a strong passion for women’s health physiotherapy, particularly pre- and post-natal care, and in supporting oncology patients through safe, restorative movement and rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Sarah leads an active lifestyle – balancing time in the gym and running with family life and outdoor adventures. She enjoys exploring local National Trust beauty spots and spending time with her beloved Border Collie, Poppy.
