Holding both an undergraduate degree in Sports Therapy and a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning, Craig combines scientific knowledge with hands-on expertise to deliver truly personalised, results-driven care.
His career has included key roles with Blackburn Rovers, Stoke City, and Salford City Football Club, as well as ongoing involvement with the Northern Ireland Men’s National Team. These experiences have shaped his deep understanding of human performance – not only for elite athletes, but for anyone looking to move better, feel stronger, and recover fully.
Now working in the private sector, Craig supports a wide range of clients – from professional athletes to individuals recovering from injury or seeking to improve their overall wellbeing.
