Claire attended Manchester University and completed her nursing diploma in 2010. With over fifteen years of experience in the NHS; spanning primary, secondary, and tertiary care, she has built substantial expertise in acute care, patient education, and multidisciplinary teamwork. Her background includes managing complex cases and leading clinical change whilst maintaining a consistent focus on patient safety and dignity.
She began her nursing career on the Burns & Plastics Unit, treating a wide range of surgical and accidental wounds, working closely with patients through every stage of healing. During this time, she developed a keen understanding of scar management, helping individuals restore function, reduce discomfort, and regain confidence in their appearance. It was here that her passion for the science of skin health and skincare truly took root.
Building on this foundation, she went on to support children and their families in managing wound healing and eczema, deepening her expertise in caring for sensitive and compromised skin. She guided clients through every stage of recovery by creating personalised treatment plans and providing tailored education to help maintain long-term skin health.
In 2024, Claire completed a master’s course in Non-Medical Prescribing at Manchester Metropolitan University, earning her Independent Nurse Prescriber qualification. This advanced qualification enables her to assess and prescribe autonomously (where clinically appropriate), adding an enhanced level of care and responsiveness to her aesthetic and wellness practice.
Claire is deeply passionate about skin health and committed to helping every client feel confident in their own skin. With a holistic approach, she focuses on strengthening the skin barrier and addressing underlying issues such as sensitivity, dehydration, and environmental stress – ensuring that treatments are not just superficial, but truly restorative.
She believes in empowering clients through knowledge and care, creating a safe, calm, and non-judgemental environment to support them on their skin health journey.
