Before your first session, a qualified healthcare professional will review your medical history to ensure HaloRed® is suitable for your goals. This is a wellness screening, not a medical assessment.

During your session, you’ll sit comfortably inside the HaloRed® cabin, wearing protective goggles and exposing the treatment area to the red light. You can choose a session length of 10–20 minutes. As the red light works on your skin and tissues, micro-salt particles are released into the air, supporting respiratory health and calming the senses. Sessions are contact-free, pain-free, and require no downtime.

How do I receive HaloRed® Therapy?

HaloRed® is delivered inside a specialised cabin that combines red light and dry salt therapy. After a suitability check with a healthcare professional, you’ll sit comfortably, wear protective goggles, and enjoy a relaxing session as light and salt mist work simultaneously.

Who is not suitable for HaloRed® Therapy?

Individuals with the following should avoid HaloRed®:

Retinal diseases (e.g. diabetic retinopathy)
Use of photosensitising medications (e.g. lithium, melatonin, some antibiotics or antipsychotics)
Pregnancy (particularly in later stages)
Epilepsy
Corticosteroid use
Active bleeding, thyroid conditions (avoid direct light), or contagious illness
Tuberculosis, severe heart conditions, or active cancer

What is the purpose of the white noise?

The halogenerator produces white noise to create a calming background sound, helping you relax and block out distractions.

Is the therapy painful or uncomfortable?

How long is a typical session?

Most sessions last 10–20 minutes. For first-time users, we recommend starting at 10 minutes and gradually increasing.

How often should I use HaloRed® Therapy?

We recommend 3–5 sessions per week initially, followed by 2–3 sessions weekly for ongoing wellness. While daily use is safe, limit red light therapy to once every 24 hours.

How is the red light delivered?

Medical-grade red light panels inside the HaloRed® cabin emit therapeutic wavelengths. You can position yourself 6 inches to several feet away, depending on your comfort and treatment area.

What type of red light does HaloRed® use?

HaloRed® uses Deep Red (630–660 nm) and Near-Infrared (830–850 nm) light:
• Deep Red supports skin health, collagen production, and anti-ageing.
• Near-Infrared penetrates deeper to aid muscle and joint recovery and reduce inflammation.

How soon will I notice results?

Many clients feel more relaxed after one session. Skin, sleep, and performance improvements typically appear after several sessions.
