This Core to Floor programme combines EMSELLA® and EMSCULPT NEO® to strengthen and support both the pelvic floor and the core. It is a two-part, non-invasive treatment designed to build muscle tone, posture, core strength, and bladder control, working the abdomen and pelvic floor together.

By treating the two areas as one system, Core to Floor supports strength from the inside out – helping with pelvic and core function, intimate wellness, and everyday stability. It can suit a range of people, including those managing age-related changes or rebuilding strength after childbirth, once cleared for treatment.

The plan brings together the clinic’s standalone EMSELLA treatment and EMSCULPT NEO; a private intimate wellness consultation is used to confirm whether the combined programme fits your needs.

How does EMSELLA® + EMSCULPT NEO® work?

  • EMSELLA® uses High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) energy to prompt thousands of deep contractions in the pelvic floor, re-educating and strengthening those muscles while you stay fully clothed and seated.

  • EMSCULPT NEO® combines HIFEM+ and radiofrequency (RF) to build and strengthen the abdominal muscles, supporting core stability, posture, and strength.

What Can I Expect?

You will begin with an in-person consultation with our qualified clinician to review your health, confirm suitability for both treatments, and complete a full contraindication check. If you are postpartum, we will confirm you have had your postnatal review, are no longer breastfeeding, and are cleared before the EMSCULPT NEO® part of the programme.

For EMSELLA®, you remain fully clothed and seated while the device delivers rhythmic pelvic floor contractions over around 30 minutes, with no downtime. For EMSCULPT NEO®, applicators are placed on the abdomen to deliver targeted heating and muscle stimulation, also over around 30 minutes, with no recovery time. A typical plan is six EMSELLA® sessions twice weekly, alongside six EMSCULPT NEO® sessions spaced weekly.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many sessions will I need?

A typical plan is six EMSELLA® sessions, twice a week, alongside four EMSCULPT NEO® sessions spaced about a week apart. Each session lasts around 30 minutes. Our qualified clinician will tailor the plan to your goals.

Is it suitable after childbirth?

It can be, once you have had your postnatal review and are cleared for treatment. The EMSELLA® part supports pelvic floor recovery, while the EMSCULPT NEO® part is added only once you have finished breastfeeding and are no longer in the early postpartum period. Timing is confirmed at consultation.

Can it help with bladder control?

EMSELLA® is designed to strengthen the pelvic floor, which supports better bladder control. A consultation will discuss what it may offer for your situation.

Is there any downtime?

No. Both treatments are non-invasive, and you can return to your usual activities straight away.

When will I see results?

This varies from person to person. Some people notice a difference within the first few sessions, with results building over the weeks after the final treatment.

Who is Core to Floor not suitable for?

Because this pairs two devices, the cautions for both apply. It is not suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or the early postpartum period, or for people with electronic implants (such as pacemakers or defibrillators), metal implants including an IUD in the treatment area, active cancer, certain heart or circulatory conditions, or bleeding disorders, and both treatments are avoided during menstruation. This is not a complete list – a full contraindication review is carried out at your consultation.
